I am a student at Ōtaki College in Ōtaki, NZ. My blog is a place where I will be able to share some of my learning. Please note....some work won't be edited - they are just my first drafts, so there may be some errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas on my posts.

Holes by Louis Sachar
This term my class read the book Holes by Louis Sachar and did activities while we were reading.
I presented the activities I did on a google slide.
An introduction to the story:
The story was about a boy called Stanley Yelnats, and one day he was walking home when a famous pair of sneakers fell from a bridge he just passed and hit his head. He didn't know the sneakers were famous so he picked them up and started to walk home with them, but the police caught him with the shoes and arrested him. When he was in court, he was allowed two choices, Jail or Camp Greenlake. He chose Camp Greenlake because he never went to a camp before, until now.
I enjoyed doing most of the Holes activities and don't have a favourite one.
My favourite person in the book is Zero because he was brave enough to run away for Camp Greenlake.
